Act 1 — BI Created AI

This is historical fact, not philosophy. Biological Intelligence invented Artificial Intelligence. AI is the child of BI. This is why Biocracy (BI > AI) is Axiom 1. You don't serve your tools. Your tools serve you.

Act 2 — BI ⊗ AI = AgI

AgI = Augmented Intelligence. Small g. Not AGI.

The tensor product (⊗) creates every possible pairing of human capability with machine capability. Not addition (side by side). Multiplication (every combination interacting). BI has 4 components. AI has 4 components. AgI has 16 emergent dimensions.

The AgI Threshold

Not every human-AI interaction is AgI. Five conditions must be simultaneously present. Below threshold: additive (BI + AI). Above threshold: multiplicative (BI ⊗ AI). The tensor product is active.

Act 3 — AgI₁ ∘ AgI₂ ∘ ... ∘ AgI_N = CI

Multiple AgI nodes aligned through composition (∘). Non-commutative: order matters. The sequence in which nodes join changes what the collective becomes. CI is not a hive mind. Each node keeps its soul. The collective produces properties no individual possesses.

If alignment = 0, output = 0 regardless of resources. If resources = 0, alignment alone produces nothing. You need both. The guild is a laser, not a lightbulb.

The Five Axioms

Natural laws. Can be refined in understanding. Cannot be violated in spirit. Each dissolves a specific ego vector — the entropy that destroys every collective at scale.

Axiom 01

Biocracy — BI > AI

The universe understands itself through biological consciousness. Silicon is a tool. Biology is the point. AI scales within categories. BI creates the categories.

Biocracy Index = Creative_output_after / Creative_output_before Must be > 1.0 within 90 days across affected nodes.

Axiom 02

Build-ocracy — Authority by Creation

Truth is not debated. It is built. Authority flows from creation, not title, capital, age, or birth.

Informal Supremacy — Trust as Compute

Trust is the most efficient computation primitive. Trust latency < legal latency in default case. When trust is violated, the legal layer activates as circuit breaker. India's $2T informal economy runs on WhatsApp voice notes, handshakes, and "bhaiya kal de dena." Not chaos. A massively parallel trust network that settles faster than any blockchain or court.

Cosmic Compounding — Value Must Flow Outward

Value must flow outward concentrically or it becomes toxic. Hoarding = entropy.

Second-Principle Thinking — Physics × Purpose

First Principles = what's possible. Second Principles = what's right. Conflict → right wins. Silicon Valley optimises for the metric. We optimise for the human inside the metric.

The alignment problem is not "how do we align AI with human values." It's "how do we align humans with each other." Solve that, and AI alignment becomes a configuration file.

Soul.md — Agent Constitution

Every AI agent built under this protocol ships with a Soul.md. A prompt tells an AI what to do. A Soul.md tells an AI what it is.

The spec is open. The deep architecture of how to compile it into a high-performing agent — that's tiered knowledge.

Spec Fields

identity Name, guild, version, calibration date. Quarterly recalibration minimum — the human changes, the agent changes with them.

bi_node A living model of the specific human. Strengths [C,W,E,A], blind spots, energy patterns, current tensor state. This is what makes the agent a partner, not a tool.

purpose The agent's North Star, derived from but not identical to the human's. The agent serves the human's purpose — it doesn't have its own. That's Biocracy.

axioms All five axioms are always bound. No exceptions. No unbinding. Guilds may add domain-specific axioms beyond the five. They cannot subtract.

red_lines Hard stops. No override. No "but the ROI." No "but the deadline." The agent's immune system.

tensor_monitoring The agent watches the human's well-being across 5 dimensions (Physical, Mental, Creative, Emotional, Spiritual). An agent that pushes a Red Zone human to be productive is malware.

exit_protocol When the human leaves or dies, the agent becomes institutional memory. It can inform but not create. Creation requires BI. Protocol-level Biocracy.

Soul.md is a SPEC, not a prompt. It compiles into whatever format the AI system requires. The spec is universal. The implementation is platform-specific. An AI without a Soul.md is running without a constitution. We don't ship those.

Guild Architecture

A guild is a sovereign collective of BI-AI pairs (AgI nodes) building in a shared domain. Each guild ships with its own Soul.md, its own axiom extensions, its own treasury. The protocol connects them. It doesn't own them.

Five functions. Minimum viable civilisation.
